1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Thymeli, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What Thymeli is

Thymeli is a platform where members log plays they've seen, write reviews, rate productions, build lists, and follow other members. Content about productions, venues, and cast/crew is partly sourced from publicly available listings (e.g. ticket-sales sites) and may contain inaccuracies — it isn't an official source for showtimes, prices, or ticket availability; the theater's or seller's own page always takes precedence.

Thymeli's logo, design, name, and code are the intellectual property of the platform. The organization, structure, and compilation of Thymeli's database are protected under copyright law and the sui generis database maker's right. Automated data collection (scraping, crawling, data mining) or extraction of the catalog of productions, venues, and cast/crew is expressly prohibited without Thymeli's prior written permission.

3. Your account

You need an account to log plays, write reviews, or create lists. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account.

4. Your content

Anything you post (reviews, ratings, lists, profile photo) stays yours. You grant us the right to display it on Thymeli as the service is meant to work (e.g. a public profile, the reviews feed). Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, or that's unlawful, abusive, or misleading — we reserve the right to remove content and/or suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

5. Tickets and third parties

Thymeli doesn't sell tickets. Any ticket links lead to third-party sites — the purchase happens there, under their own terms, and we're not responsible for those transactions.

6. Limitation of liability

Thymeli is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the service will always be available, accurate, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law.
